Snow Library is offering curbside service from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Staff will be wearing masks and gloves to ensure that your library materials are safe to pick up. For your protection, materials will be quarantined for 72 hours after they are returned. Items requested from other libraries will be quarantined for 72 hours after they are delivered.
Here's how it works:
Call the library at (508) 240-3760 to place a request for materials, or request items online through the CLAMS catalog at clamsnet.org.
You'll receive an email notice from CLAMS, or a telephone call, when an item that you placed on hold has arrived. If you receive an email notice, please call us at (508) 240-3760 to arrange a time to pick up your materials. If you miss our phone call, please call us to schedule your pick-up. Please do not come to the library without contacting us first. Your package will not be ready.
Your items will be placed by staff members in a package with your name on it on a table at the entrance of the library.
Wearing a mask and observing social distancing protocols are required when picking up your items.
To return library materials:
Please deposit all returns in the library book drop. Please do not leave returned items outside the library on benches or tables.
Please be aware that, due to the 72-hour quarantine period for returned items, it may take several days before items are cleared from your record.
And remember that you can take advantage of our extensive eBook collection available through our website or the CLAMS catalog.
