The Orleans Board of Health will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Nauset Room at the Orleans Town Hall to accept comments and consider adoption of amendments to the Town of Orleans Use of Orleans Solid Waste Facility Regulations Section 185-15 Fees and Eligibility (B) Fees, and (C) Itemized Costs. A summary of the proposed amendments are in the attached file link below. Copies of the proposed regulations are available at the Orleans Health Department and will be available at the hearing. Written comments regarding the proposed amendments will be accepted, prior to the hearing, at the Health Department Office, 19 School Road, Orleans, MA 02653.
