Relaxing into the vibrational embrace of Crystal Bowl sounds can allow us to soften and remember how to relax in ways that we have forgotten. Join us for some mindful movement and a sonic bath and gently find your way home, feeling aware, refreshed and embodied as a finish to a busy day. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a blanket, yoga mat (some available if you don’t have one), water and a pillow.
