Orleans Town Hall – Nauset Room
The Orleans Planning Board and the Planning & Community Development Department invite the community to an important meeting about the future of downtown Orleans.
The meeting will provide an update on efforts to create new land use and development regulations for the commercial areas of downtown served by public sewer. The goal is to evolve the village center into a vibrant, year-round, walkable destination and move away from generic, auto-oriented development.
The planning team, including Boston-based firm Utile, will present updated concepts based on community feedback, analysis of existing conditions, and market research. Attendees will also have an opportunity to share feedback on the proposed zoning framework.
Please visit the project website at town.orleans.ma.us/1676 to RSVP to the meeting and for more information.
