Overview

The Site Plan Review Committee provides guidance on development proposals to improve design and assist developers in their understanding of the local permitting process.

All new applications must initially be submitted for an Informal Review. Seven copies of the Site Plan application and all corresponding plans must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than noon on the Wednesday prior to the Site Plan Review Committee meeting you want to present your application.
