Governor Prence Feasibility

The Select Board and Affordable Housing Trust Board are meeting in joint session on November 15, 2022, to consider the recommendations of the Governor Prence Planning Committee regarding redevelopment of the Governor Prence Motel site at 66 & 76 Route 6A.  All comments on the final report should be submitted to gmservery@town.orleans.ma.us by November 12, 2022.
