Barnstable County Human Rights Advisory Commission

The Mission of the BCHRAC is to uphold, promote and protect the inherent dignity and inalienable rights of individuals in Barnstable County.

If you feel you have been illegally discriminated against in housing, education, employment, public accommodation, town or county services, banking or credit based solely upon your age, race, gender identity, or religious affiliation, please contact Constance Kremer at constancekremer@gmail.com, or by phone at 508-246-7443. Constance is the Orleans liaison to the Barnstable County Human Rights Advisory Commission. The commission is a Cape-wide resource available to help you identify and address human rights concerns within Barnstable County and, where possible, assist in the resolution of complaints.
