Description: This 6.35-acre property was acquired by the Town in 1987. The center of Sea Call Farm property is maintained as a cultural area; it includes the community gardens, an herb garden, a green house, detached garage, and main dwelling. The dwelling on this historic property was built in 1921 and nominated to the National Register of Historical Houses in 2007, it is occupied by a member of Town staff who is a designated caretaker for the property.
The community garden includes individual plots for which residents of Orleans are eligible to become plot holders.
