ORLEANS SENIOR CENTER FITNESS CLASSES

Total body fitness workout with low impact cardiovascular exercise to upbeat music. Improves muscle tone, strength and stamina.

Seated exercises with light weights which help maintain range of motion, coordination, balance and muscle tone.

TAI CHI

The essential principles of Tai Chi include mind and body integration, fluid movements, controlled breathing and metal concentration.

This class is appropriate for both men and women.  This is not a drop-in class.

Improves overall muscle tone, enhances breathing which helps lung function. Added benefits: mental calmness, stress reduction and body awareness.
