Morning Fitness & Yoga:
Fitness Cards: $30.00 (5 classes)
$50.00 (10 classes) or $8.00 per class
Sit Fitness, Chair Yoga & Chair Yoga Plus:
Fitness Card: $20.00 for 10 classes or $2.00 per class
**Tai Chi is paid for in advance for a series of classes**
Total body fitness workout with low impact
muscle tone, strength and stamina.
Seated exercises with light weights which help maintain range of motion, coordination,
balance and muscle tone.
The essential principles of Tai Chi include mind and body integration, fluid movements, controlled breathing and metal concentration.
This is not a drop-in class.
