The Tax Collector's Office is pleased to announce E-bill, our new electronic payment system for water and tax bills. Taxpayers will now be able to pay these bills online from the date of issue until the due date of the bill.
E-bill is an easy, secure, and online method to pay your taxes. It is fast and it only costs $0.35 per transaction for an ACH debit out of your savings or checking account. Less than the cost of a stamp!
You may also pay by credit card. If you chose this option there will be a “convenience fee” charged by the credit card company that in some cases can be 3% or greater. The Town has no control of the fee charged by your credit card company. If you decide to pay by credit card you will be informed of the fee during the payment process and the fee will not be charged unless you agree and submit the payment.
The first time paying by this system will require you to submit information from your tax bill. Please have it at hand. Future payments will be linked to future bills by the username and password you enter on this first transaction.
Once in the site, click on the Blue Box that says E-bill and go to Registrantion-Bill Payer and Click, then fill in your information and wait for the email to confirm your registration.
