Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, April 20, 2011, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1928
Stop & Shop has applied for a Variance as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 10, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-35 to modify conditions of an existing sign variance. The property is located at Cranberry Cove Plaza, Route 6A, Orleans Map #18, Parcels #27, 30, and 31.
In other business, the Board will also vote to approve minutes of the April 6, 2011 meeting.
