There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, April 21, 2010, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard and other business:

Kristin Stoughton has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21 to construct a roof deck on a pre-existing, nonconforming dwelling in violation of yard set backs. The property is located at 16 Pendleton Drive, Orleans Map #30, Parcel #34.
