The Town of Orleans, in partnership with Invoice Cloud is pleased to offer taxpayers an easy and secure way
to view, print, and pay their Real Estate Tax, Personal Property tax, Motor Vehicle Excise tax and Water bills.
Invoice Cloud offers two options for online bill payment:
- ACH payments (Electronic Fund Transfer) from your bank account. Fee is $0.40
- Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit and debit cards. Fee is 2.95% of tax paid, $1.00 minimum. Water account bills are assessed a flat fee of $7.95
Fees are automatically calculated and will be shown on the payment page for approval before you submit your payment. Fees are paid directly to the service provider, not to the Town of Orleans, and are non-refundable. Fees will appear as a separate charge from the bill amount on your bank or credit card statement.
