ANNUAL WINE & MALT BEVERAGES COMMON VICTUALLER LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given under Chapter 138 of the General Laws as amended that application has been made to the Board of Selectmen by Orleans Villa Pizza, Todd D. Goddard & Christopher S. Tomkinson, Managers, for an Annual Wine & Malt Beverages Common Victualler Liquor license, located at 87 Route 6A, Orleans. The premise is described as “one story building; three rooms; partial storage in cellar; one entrance/exit on west side & one entrance/exit on north side. 58 seat capacity.”
The Board of Selectmen, acting as the Local Licensing Authority, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. in Nauset Room, Orleans Town Office Building, 19 School Road, Orleans, MA at which time all interested parties will be heard.
