Public Hearing:
The Orleans Board of Health will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 3, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. in the Nauset Meeting Room, Orleans Town Hall, to accept comments and consider adoption of amendments to the Town of Orleans Use of Orleans Solid Waste Facility Regulations.
Proposed amendments include modifications to the Sections relating to:
- Definitions
- Operational Requirements
- Fees and Eligibility
Copies of the proposed amendments are available at the Health Department Office and will be available at the hearing.
Written comments regarding the proposed amendments will be accepted, prior to the hearing, at the Health Department Office, 19 School Road, Orleans, MA 02653
