FEB 19 “COLONIAL LIFE IN BEN’S TIME” David Downs, dressed in period costume, will use a mix of humor and facts to give us insight into Colonial education, medicine, clothing and law.
FEB 26 “BOTSWANA” Fine art photographer Larry Jasper whose talk on Namibia in the fall of 2009 was very popular, returns to share his photographs from Botswana taken on a 2008 trip to Africa.
MAR 5 “NAUSET HIGH SCHOOL HONORS CHORUS” Enjoy a pleasant hour with this award winning group which has performed at the Massachusetts State House and Carnegie Hall.
MAR 19 “AFGHANISTAN REMEMBERED: THE GOLDEN YEARS ” Rosalind Pace, who taught English as a Foreign language with the Peace Corps from 1962 –1964, will share her memories and show slides.
M MAR 26 “OTHER VOICES: POETRY AND SONG, X” Tenth annual program of music and poetry with Nauset Regional High School students and teacher Tim Joyce. Poetry prizes are awarded.
