The Gift House accepts good, sound items for reuse. We cannot accept anything rusty, moldy, upholstered or broken.
Examples of acceptable items are:
- Electrical appliances in good working order: Lamps, toasters, coffeemakers, blenders, radios, DVD and CD players
- Kitchen and dishware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, tableware
- Sporting goods
- Children’s toys, games and puzzles in complete working order
- Paintings, prints, and picture frames
- Tools
- Wooden chairs, small tables, cribs, chests, bed frames and other non-upholstered furniture. (No mattresses, pads, pillows, rugs or upholstered things.)
- Small shelves and cabinets
- Electrical fixtures
- Books. (No mold, please. And only one box per visit.)
